The Wattle tree is native to Australia. A fully grown Wattle tree grows to about 8 meters tall (26ft).
Almost at the start of the third month of Winter and the flower buds of the Wattle tree have formed.
When the Wattle tree flowers the tree is covered with small ball like flowers in appearance in a very bright and glowing yellow. When the tree gets covered with bright small flowers the yellow glow is beautiful.
The golden flowers are very fine. The wood from the truck of the tree is used for making cutting boards and bowls.
The leaves are very fine and point upwards on the branch.
