Wildfire Variety
Australian Native Flora.
Black and White Gumnuts on the tree.
Mature Gumnuts in black and white on the Eucalyptus tree. The bell shaped nut or mature fruit has opened and aged and the green star shapes at the bottom of the Gumnut has gone. Originally the brown with a touch of red Gumnuts have aged on the tree looking very weathered.
This Red Eucalyptus variety Corymbia ficifolia Wildfire displaying her mature gumnuts after the flowers have dyed off. Gumnuts are the fruit of the Eucalyptus tree.
Eucalyptus Trees also known as Gum Trees grow 30 plus feet tall. Eucalyptus trees can randomly drop limbs.
When the flowers open they are bright and glowing red. This Eucalyptus tree had all three stages of its cycle. The tree was displaying gumnuts, flower buds and a few open red flowers.
Eucalypts are a evergreen tree.
