Leptospermum, Pacific Beauty Variety.
Laevigatum
Coastal Tea Tree
Australian Native Flora
White flowering variety. Also there is a pink variety available.
The flowers are very small and grow on a small tree or bush. The Tea Tree leaves are long and thin.
The flowers are small and white with the middle area is in a circular shape and looks like solid jelly in green. The leaves look kind of spiky.
Looking down the branch of the Tree Tree the flower buds are growing in a round shape with brown around the edges and a soft green in the middle are the a bit in the middle making the bud look almost like a button.
A very hardy plant that can be pruned but we generally dont require to do so. Like most Australian plant you really dont need to water them unless its extremely hot. The Tea Tree shrub will tolerate frost.
Photo taken in Melbourne, Australia.
