Japanese Orchid
Purple Japanese Orchid. The Japanese Orchid flower grows on a long stem. The plant can be grown indoors or outdoors if the conditions are correct and warm.
Japanese orchids are available in different varieties, these include cymbidium, dendrobium and phalaenopsis.
Stand your Japanese Orchid container in a saucer of water with pebbles so the plant can draw the water up. Dont over water. If in a glass container add a small amount of water and water again after the plant has taken up the water. I find often a root will work its way up the glass and out of the container.
