Ixia or Corn lily
Ixias have a flat one inch to a one and a half inch flower on top of wiry 10 to 15 inch stems. They flower in Spring in the colours of pink, lavender, white, red-orange, sometimes green, and striking color combinations. They are also know as Ward Flowers. This plant is in the Iris (Iridaceae) family. This plant is native to South Africa.
